CustomRates (the "Service"), operated by Sentrics, s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), uses only a small number of cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage). This policy explains what we store on your device, why, and how you control it. It complements our Privacy Policy.

We design for data minimisation: we set no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. The only things stored before you make a choice are strictly necessary to run the Service.

These are required for the Service to work and do not need your consent. They do not track you across other websites.

• Consent choice — remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics, so we don't ask again on every visit.
• Authentication session — set only when you sign in, to keep you securely logged in to your account and vault.
• Setup progress — remembers that you have already seen the first-run setup guide, so it doesn't reappear.

With your consent, we record first-party analytics to understand how people discover and activate CustomRates — for example, which step of setup a visitor reaches, or which channel (browser extension or AI assistant) surfaced a benefit. This is off until you click "Accept analytics" in the consent banner, and you can reject it with a single click.

Exact names and lifetimes may evolve as the Service changes; this table is kept current on a best-effort basis.

When you first visit, the consent banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics — rejecting is a single click and is respected until you clear your browser storage. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings; strictly-necessary items may be re-created as needed for the Service to function.
