Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using CustomRates (the "Service") operated by Sentrics, s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CustomRates is a loyalty-benefit overlay. It shows which discounts, perks, and conditions your memberships unlock for a given hotel, and where to book direct to obtain them — on the web and inside a connected AI assistant.

CustomRates does not handle prices: we do not fetch, set, compute, or display hotel rates or any final amount payable. CustomRates is not a travel agency, booking agent, or intermediary, does not sell or reserve accommodation, and is not a party to any booking you make. Any booking is a contract solely between you and the hotel or the channel you book through.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability.
• Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

CustomRates displays discount percentages, perks, conditions, and estimated perk values sourced from third-party hotel loyalty programs. We do not set, fetch, or guarantee prices, and we cannot confirm that any discount or perk will be available to you at the time of booking. Third-party data may be inaccurate, outdated, or subject to conditions we are unaware of.

You are responsible for verifying any benefit directly with the hotel or loyalty program before completing a booking. Nothing in the Service constitutes a guarantee of savings, a price quotation, or a binding commitment by the hotel or by us.

To use most features you create an account and a personal vault of the loyalty memberships and perks you choose to add. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you add, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

• You retain control of your vault: you can edit or remove memberships, and rotate or revoke any connection (such as your personal AI-assistant URL) at any time.
• Any membership secret you store is encrypted at rest and is never logged or returned to you in decrypted form.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party loyalty programs you add; CustomRates is not those programs and does not control them.

Travelers may use the Service free of charge, now and in the future.

Hotel / provider plans start with a free trial period (currently 90 days, subject to change at our discretion). Unless you cancel your subscription before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current fee for the selected plan.

• All fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused features, or cancellations.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service — including its software, design, text, the CustomRates name and logo, and the structure and presentation of its catalog — is owned by Sentrics, s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted. Third-party names, trademarks, and loyalty-program marks shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those programs; their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sentrics, s.r.o. and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such cases the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including false hotel ownership claims.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
